Alpha Baltic Media Strengthens Its Position in Latvia as Turnover Reaches €3.4 Million
Alpha Baltic Media Ltd., operating under the brand name Alpha, continued its growth trajectory in 2025, with net turnover increasing by 28.2% to €3,413,306 and profit rising by 21.2% to €137,401. The company’s total balance sheet value exceeded €630,000 for the first time. Behind these figures lies a broad public sector portfolio and international recognition on a European scale, according to the company’s latest annual report.

At the same time, the company’s equity reached €590,630 at the end of 2025, while long-term investments grew from €156,828 to €316,521.

During the past year, the communications agency significantly expanded its public sector project portfolio. In 2025, Alpha successfully completed 16 public procurement contracts in the fields of government and public sector communications, with a combined contract value of approximately €380,000. In addition, the agency continues to deliver 19 newly awarded procurement contracts with a total value of around €1.35 million.

Among the most significant projects completed during the year were communication initiatives for the Society Integration Foundation, the Central Statistical Bureau, the Patent Office, the Road Transport Administration, and the Road Traffic Safety Directorate. These projects included public awareness, reputation management, and educational campaigns addressing issues of national importance.

"This year confirmed that the path we have chosen is the right one – combining strategic thinking, creative execution, and measurable results," says Lauris Špillers, Board Member of Alpha Baltic Media.

Alongside its commercial achievements, the agency also received international professional recognition. Alpha was shortlisted for the prestigious Epica Awards 2025 in the Public Interest – Health & Safety category for the social campaign Never Alone!, implemented in Lithuania to raise awareness about child safety issues. The agency also achieved a double victory at the European Agency Awards 2025, winning both Best PR Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign.

"Public sector procurement projects present a unique challenge. They require not only creativity, but also an exceptionally high level of professional responsibility, a deep understanding of public administration processes, and the ability to work with sensitive and socially significant topics. The fact that we continue to be entrusted with both long-term projects and new communication assignments demonstrates the agency’s competitiveness and the trust our clients place in us across the Baltic region," notes Špillers.

The international recognition received through the Epica Awards nomination and two European Agency Awards demonstrates that the Baltic communications industry is capable of creating ideas with genuine human value and resonance across Europe.

"We believe that the primary role of modern communications is not simply to generate publicity, but also to help explain complex issues, strengthen public trust, and create meaningful impact in society. I am grateful to our team, clients, and partners – these results are a shared achievement. Over the past year, we have also invested in the company’s technological development, digital solutions, and team competencies, enabling us to manage increasingly complex communication projects both in Latvia and internationally. It is especially symbolic that we have achieved these results in the year we celebrate the agency’s 30th anniversary. This is a story of long-term trust, a professional team, and the ability to evolve with the times," adds Špillers.

Meanwhile, Alpha Baltic Media’s parent company in Estonia, AlphaAgency OÜ, has received the Strongest in Estonia 2025 certificate from Creditinfo Estonia, earning an AA credit rating – a distinction awarded to only 7.6% of companies in Estonia.
